For competitive players
Know your form before you queue.
PulseFrag links your matches with your sleep, heart rate, caffeine and habits, then tells you when you play your best, when to take a break and when to call it a night.
Web app today. iPhone app coming to the App Store.
What you get
Your own patterns, not generic advice.
Every number comes from your own matches, with how many matches stand behind it and how sure PulseFrag is.
Today's form
An expected score for your next match from last night's sleep, recovery, caffeine, how long you've played and your losing streak.
Tilt alerts and stop-loss
Set a match and loss limit for ranked. PulseFrag spots when your form drops mid-session and tells you to take a break before it costs you.
Heart rate in every match
With an Apple Watch or Garmin, see your heart rate through each match by time of day, its average and peak, and how it compares with your usual.
Match history that explains itself
K/D, ADR, headshots, KDA and damage per minute next to your sleep, caffeine and session context for every match, with streaks and your best games.
Caffeine that stays honest
Log coffee and energy drinks in one tap and see how much is still active at bedtime, with a daily limit and a cut-off reminder.
A coach that reads your data
A short weekly note from the AI coach with three things to try, each tied to a number from your own matches.
How it works
Set up in two minutes.
Connect your games
Add your FACEIT nickname for CS2 and your Riot ID for League of Legends. Matches come in automatically; VALORANT and others can be added by hand.
Link your body
On iPhone, allow Apple Health. Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit and Polar all work when their app shares with Apple Health.
Play and learn
After about 30 matches your own patterns appear: what sleep, late nights, caffeine and long sessions do to your form.

FAQ
Questions
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Matches, caffeine, habits, tilt alerts and patterns work without one. A watch adds sleep, recovery and heart rate through Apple Health, which makes Today's form more accurate.
Does it work with Garmin?
Yes, on iPhone: turn on Apple Health in the Garmin Connect app and PulseFrag reads your sleep and heart rate from there. The same goes for Oura, Whoop, Fitbit and Polar.
Which games are supported?
CS2 matches come in automatically from FACEIT and League of Legends from Riot. VALORANT and any other game can be added by hand.
What happens to my health data?
It is used only to show your own patterns. It is stored in the EU, never used for ads and never sold. You can export or delete everything from Profile at any time. Read the privacy policy.
Is it a medical app?
No. PulseFrag is a performance tool for players and gives no medical advice.
